During the Xploration we will live and Xplore one of the most incredible islands of Azores, Pico island.
Pico is a unique island, with the tallest mountain of Portugal, unique volcanic wines, hiking, natural pools, an history of whale watching and unique lifestyle.
We will be welcomed by the local municipalities of São Roque do Pico who will offer us an unique perspective and activities that only the locals know about.

The Azores Nomad Xperience is a 3-week event organized by NomadX in partnership with local governments, designed for digital nomads and adventure seekers. The event takes place on the beautiful island of Pico, featuring a mix of work, exploration, and cultural activities.

The event runs from May 3rd to May 31st, 2025 on Pico island, with a weekend trip to São Jorge island.

The price includes:
- Accommodation for 27 nights
- All planned activities and tours ( coffee plantation visit, hiking, wine tasting, going up to sunrise at Pico with a guide, whale watching, etc.)
- Boat transfer from Pico to São Jorge island
- Welcome cocktail and farewell dinner
- Professional guides and event coordination
- Access to working spaces during the week

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 30-60 days will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable.

The event is a balanced mix of work and leisure. Mornings typically start with community breakfasts, followed by work or planned activities. Evenings and weekends include various tours, cultural experiences, and community events.

September in the Azores is generally mild and pleasant, with temperatures ranging from 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F). It's a great time for outdoor activities, but we recommend bringing a light jacket and rain gear just in case.
